Welcome to Hatfield Wick Education
When I founded Hatfield Wick Education, it was with a simple belief: when a child struggles within the education system, the answer is not to lower expectations — it is to create the right environment for them to succeed.
At Hatfield Wick Education we work with children and young people who have found it difficult to thrive in traditional settings. Many arrive having experienced disruption, anxiety, or a loss of confidence in learning. Our role is to help them reconnect with education, rebuild their confidence, and rediscover a sense of possibility about their future.
Our work is guided by CARES360®, our integrated approach to education and therapeutic support. CARES stands for Compassion, Autonomy, Respect, Empathy, and Support, and these values shape every aspect of what we do, from the environments we create, to the relationships we build with students, families, and partner schools.
Across our organisation, educators, therapeutic professionals, and support specialists work together with a shared ambition: to create calm, structured environments where young people feel understood, supported, and able to learn again.
Today, Hatfield Wick Education works in partnership with schools, families, and local authorities to provide specialist education, therapeutic support, and innovative learning environments that help young people re-engage with learning and move forward with confidence.
I believe that when education is built on strong relationships, emotional understanding, and high expectations, remarkable progress becomes possible. Our mission is to help every young person rediscover their confidence, develop independence, and build a pathway towards a positive future.
