At Hatfield Wick Education, our mission is to ensure that every child, regardless of the challenges they may have faced, has the opportunity to reconnect with learning and achieve their potential.
We believe meaningful progress occurs when education and emotional wellbeing are addressed together. Too often, young people who struggle in school are viewed only through the lens of behaviour or attainment. In reality, their ability to learn is shaped by relationships, environment, confidence, and emotional regulation.
Our work brings these elements together. By combining high-quality teaching with therapeutic understanding and supportive relationships, we create environments where young people feel safe enough to engage with learning again.

Our mission is to provide a comprehensive, compassionate and empowering learning experience, ensuring every child, regardless of circumstance, has the opportunity to learn, thrive, and reach their full potential.
We bring this to life through our CARES360 approach: Compassion, Autonomy, Respect, Empathy, and Support, embedded in a nurturing and caring environment, with our in-house SENCO playing a key role in facilitating EHCP recommendations and One Planning so that every student receives the support they need.

Our Impact
The success of our work is measured not only in academic outcomes, but in the changes we see in the young people we support — in their confidence, their relationships with learning, and their belief in their own future.
At Hatfield Wick Education we track our progress carefully through our leadership scorecards and regular Level 10 (L10) leadership reviews. These allow us to measure the effectiveness of our approach and ensure that the support we provide continues to improve.
Today, Hatfield Wick Education supports over 70 students across our provisions, with many arriving after experiencing significant disruption to their education. Through our integrated educational and therapeutic approach, we are able to help students stabilise, re-engage with learning, and begin to make meaningful progress again.

Successful completion of accredited qualifications, including Functional Skills and vocational programmes
