Our staff team includes teachers, specialist practitioners, and support staff who work together within the CARES360® framework.
Staff bring a range of specialist expertise, including training in emotional literacy support, trauma‑informed practice, and neuro‑affirming approaches. This supports students to receive consistent, joined‑up support across learning, wellbeing, and behaviour.
